Mixed Age Learning

This project set out to include adult learners in both Key Stage 3 and 4 classes of Spanish.  Building a mixed age language learning community had the joint aims of improving student motivation, attainment and behaviour as a result of their joint learning experiences with more mature learners and addressing the community cohesion agenda by offering language learning opportunity to locally-based adults in the community, thereby raising the profile of adult learning in the community, and language learning in particular.  The results were fascinating, positive and worthy of replication!
